James has worked with businesses across diverse sectors from start-ups to multi-million pound enterprises, and has gained numerous prestigious industry awards alongside his dual qualifications.

Co-Founder & Senior External Consultant

Pierluigi is a double-qualified chartered accountant, qualified both in Italy (Dottore Commercialista) and in the United Kingdom. As one of the original founders of LCM, he continues to advise the firm as a senior external consultant. Having lived and practiced in London for over 20 years, he provides unparalleled specialist advice for cross-border interests between Italy and the UK, as well as complex resident non-domiciliary tax affairs.

Elena is a native Italian speaker with extensive accounting experience across both Italy and the UK. Having worked with small-to-large international firms, she delivers precise solutions for corporate and personal tax clients. In Italy, Elena earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance and a Master's Degree in Economics and Corporate Law (with honours), and is currently training toward UK Chartered Accountancy.

Valeria joined LCM in 2015, bringing nearly 20 years of experience assisting Italian entrepreneurs establishing successful businesses in London. She specialises in statutory bookkeeping, VAT returns, management accounts, and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) filings. Valeria is an AAT-qualified professional, a member of the Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers, and acts as Treasurer for two charitable organisations.
